Genesis

Text : “I need your help. St. Patrick’s Day gig, need a Celtic folk singer”
     “Sorry, I haven’t played for almost 30 years, I’m on vacation for the next 8 days with no guitar and  then only four days to prepare…. Not likely”

“We’ll get a fiddle player to help”.
     “Yeah, right, twelve days before the gig. Everyone I know is already committed, retired
or dead… Not likely.”

(But, luck smiled upon us – a fiddler)

“See, we can do it… these people don’t know you… what’s the worst that can happen?
     “...Okay… I’ll give it a whirl.”
“Great… we need a name.”
     “C’mon, man, I’m on vacation.”
